Fix issue with deployment of JHipster monolithic Project

I have developed a monolithic JHipster (ver. 7.0.1) project using Hibernate, Springboot, React, Spring Security, JWT and trying to remove the embedded webserver (undertow) and compile my project as a war package to be run in a standalone tomcat webserver.
