I'm seeking a proficient developer to create an enterprise-grade test automation framework leveraging Cucumber - Spring, TestNG, and Java. The framework should support parallel executions and utilize Spring Boot. Key requirements include:

- Dynamic Extent Reports integrated with a Cucumber adapter
- Log4j for logging
- Handling API requests through Rest Assured
- Incorporating database connections for validation purposes
- Implementing a date utility for formatting dates (e.g., today - yyyy-mm-dd, today +3, today - 3)
- Maintenance and optimization hooks

The framework needs a token manager that regenerates the token only upon expiry, and it should be optimized for speed. All test scenarios or features must run in parallel, with the entire setup being asynchronous and thread-safe.

Additional requirements include:
- Reports sent via email in PDF format
- Execution based on an environment option
- A model class for API requests
