Developing and testing soap web services with Authentication and its Java SE client

Hope you're doing well.
We are looking for Java/Jee developer for creating secured soap web services and its java SE client for consuming it. The WS will contain a few methods (3 max) and must be based on Java, JEE, Maven, WS-Security, hibernate and Spring boot technologies.
Your job if you accept is:
- Creating mini java/jee app: one class or servlet that coonnect to a database and get some data from a table. You can use a test database of your choice.
- Exposing results in a secure soap web service.
- Providing a clear, commented and indented source code.
- Testing on local tomcat server.
- Consuming the ws with the developed Java SE client and also with SOAP UI.
- Very important!: The WS authentication must use the ws-security protocol and NOT
HEADERS credentials (See attach file).
The work have to be done in 7 days max
