Inviting proposals and applications from individuals/Companies for the Scope and terms mentioned below. Please submit your responses on/before 10th March 2022.
Scope of Work
1. Provide labour support / services for installation/troubleshooting.
a. Hardware Break-fix support for IT equipment’s such as Desktop, Thinclient, Laptop, AIO, Workstation, Printer, Scanner, IPAD LAN, etc.
b. Support/Services for Reconfiguration software& Operating system
c. Provide support to customer for installation of licensed operating systems, office automation software and any other licensed software procured by customer for IT Equipments (Desktop, Thinclient, Workstation, AIO, iPads, Laptops, Printers & Scanners)
2. Spares will be provided by TCPL
3. Engineers to carry - All required infrastructure viz. Laptop with internet access, all required tools, console cable, external HDD with cable/casing, bootable pen-drive
4. Partner to share the base location and supporting locations wherein he can attend the call within the following SLA timelines

Monthly Performance levels:
a. Call Response SLA– 99% calls
b. Call Resolution SLA achieved (w/o spares) – 95% calls
c. Call Resolution SLA achieved (with spares) – 95% calls
d. Call Resolution in 1st visit – 90% of the allocated calls (where spare is not required)
e. Repeat call within 30 days should be less than 5%
Terms & Conditions:
a. The respective engineer to be certified by TCPL,
b. All calls to be assigned by TCPL through mobile App.
Non-Hire: Without the prior written consent of the other Party, neither Party shall, during the term of this agreement or for twelve (12) months thereafter, either directly or indirectly, hire the other Party’s employees or resources or otherwise engage in the Territory, or cause, aid or assist any other person or entity (including its subsidiaries, parents or other affiliates) to hire or otherwise engage in the Territory in hiring other Party’s employees or resources as the case maybe.
Pls submit a detailed techno commercial proposal covering the following
1. Experience and expertise in providing the services defined in the scope.
2. Time to start the delivery of services
3. Commercial proposal for the above scope of work

Prices are exclusive of taxes. Tax will be paid on actuals.

Payment will be monthly at the end of each month 15 days from the submission of Correct invoice.
