ITSM Consultant w/ Power Platform Experience
Budget: $75 – $125 USD
Provance is seeking a seasoned ITSM Consultant with extensive ITIL Framework expertise. You must be a US Citizen and reside in the US. Your primary responsibility will be to work on projects to successfully gather and understand customer requirements and then configure and implement Provance’s flagship product ServiceTeam, built in Microsoft Power Platform, to meet those specific requirements in the areas of IT Service and Asset Management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Meet with customers to identify and document their ITSM and ITAM requirements and determine the optimal approach to configure ServiceTeam to meet them.
- Configure ServiceTeam to improve and streamline client ITSM processes in Incident, Service Request, Problem, and Change Management and client ITAM processes.
- Continual communication with customers throughout the entire project life cycle from project kick off through project go-live activities.
- Assist with UAT remediation activities.
- Conduct training and knowledge transfer activities.
- Support pre-sales activities where domain or technical expertise is needed.
Ideal Candidate:
- US Citizen
- At least 5 years of ITSM Consulting / ITIL Framework experience.
- Experience in Power Platform, specifically Power BI, Power Apps, and Power Automate.
- Strong history of improving service quality and customer satisfaction.
- Excellent communication skills and a customer-centric mindset.
- Bachelor's degree in information technology or related area.
