I am looking for an expert to design a concrete process flow for handling both incidents and service requests, following ITIL principles.
The main aim of this project is to create a process flow that can manage incidents and service requests proficiently. The process flow must focus on both Incident Management and Service Request Management.
Ideal skills and experience for this job include:
- Strong understanding of ITIL principles
- Proven experience in Incident and Service Request Management
- Proficiency in creating process flows
This should take no more than 30 minutes or less.
