Key Responsibilities
Define and document governance frameworks for cybersecurity solutions and services
Create standard documentation (solution descriptions, service catalogs, lifecycle processes)
Design KPIs and performance metrics for solutions and services
Document end-to-end processes (solution onboarding, changes, reviews)
Support solution/service lifecycle and portfolio structure
Create templates, playbooks, and guidelines for reuse
Ideal Freelancer Profile
Experience in governance, PMO, or service management
Background in cybersecurity, IT services, or enterprise technology
Strong in documentation, process mapping, and KPI design
Able to structure a new function from scratch
