Domain transfer while retaining the past emails

we have purchased a domain from net4india
the company is closed and due to which we are not able to make any changes in DNS data
we have obtained necessary codes from the NIXI to transfer the domain to new domain hosting service provider
we want following two things to be done
1. transfer the domain to new hosting provider
2. retain all past emails and its data while making the changes or shift to new service provider
3. we are flexible to to retain or to change the the current email service which we are using on Outlook or live mail.
