Talent Management Policy (HR-GEN-053)
Succession Planning Policy (HR-GEN-056)
(under attachments file name Employee retention strategy.docx)
“Employee retention strategy''
The Employee retention strategy includes the below:
SBM employee engagement efforts.
Compensation and Benefits related policies.
Also, we try to make the compensation as per market levels.

(you will see my old strategy plane under the attachments however it is too general . i want to specific the bellow file in the 2 area above
