Develop a project management plan

The Project Management Plan should include (but not only):
1. Project Charter
2. Stakeholder analysis
3. Project communication plan and tools

• communication tools and its usage
4. Estimations
• user stories in story points
• Gantt Chart (MS Project, Gantt Chart online, etc.)
5. Planning
• WBS
• Task dependencies
• CPM Chart (optional)
• Iteration plan
• Release plan
6. Risk Management Plan
• Risk matrix
• Risk register
7. Configuration management plan
• Identify configuration items in the project and tools used for its management
8. Jira (reports)
• Team project is set up (Jira project with issue types and workflows according to chosen
methodology, if necessary, add new issue types and update workflow)
• Team members added to projects
• Create project issues (assign, estimate, organize in components and versions) [at least some part
of task]
• Configure project board
• Create a dashboard for team use
9. Confluence (reports):
• create page structure to move teamwork documentation to the confluence
10. Project monitoring processes
• Traceability matrix / Control chart / Review and status meeting
