I’m looking for a detail-oriented freelancer or virtual project manager who can help me find and coordinate with a professional IT services company to assist in purchasing tickets for the 2026 FIFA World Cup.

You will be responsible for finding the right IT firm, based on clear criteria, and overseeing their setup and coordination for live ticket acquisition.

Responsibilities
• Source and shortlist reputable IT companies that:
• Have 5 or more employees
• Offer VPN and multi-device support
• Can operate across different time zones
• Are familiar with queue-based purchasing systems
• Vet and interview potential companies
• Present 2 to 3 final recommendations with pros and cons
• Coordinate onboarding (sharing documentation and protocols)
• Ensure the selected company understands:
• How to create and manage FIFA ticket accounts
• VPN geolocation strategies
• Live queue entry procedures
• Real-time communication during ticket drops
• Security and compliance expectations
• Be available to liaise with them during early stages of the project

• Strong experience hiring or managing tech/IT vendors
• Excellent English communication and negotiation skills
• Reliable and organized; must follow instructions precisely
