Comprehensive IT Maintenance Contracts
Budget: $15 – $25 USD
I need a complete maintenance-contract package that keeps my clients’ desktop PCs and laptops running flawlessly while also covering printers and core network infrastructure spread across several sites.
Priority equipment
The heaviest lift is on desktop PCs and laptops. For them I expect a clear routine of scheduled servicing, fast-response technical support, and proactive issue resolution so end-users rarely feel a slowdown.
Network oversight
Core switches, routers, and connectivity links must remain visible at all times through real-time monitoring backed up with periodic system checks. When a metric drifts out of line, I want to know before the users do.
What you will produce
• A detailed maintenance plan that maps out servicing intervals, onsite vs. remote tasks, and an escalation path for critical incidents
• A pricing model that balances fixed-fee coverage with usage-based extras (clearly broken down per device category)
• Monitoring and support workflow for network infrastructure, including tool recommendations and alert thresholds for bandwidth, latency, and hardware health
• Standardised templates: service log, asset status sheet, monthly maintenance report
• A vendor-coordination playbook for warranty claims, part replacements, and multi-tier escalations
I’ll supply the current asset list and any existing SLAs. You bring the best-practice methodology—whether that involves RMM platforms such as PRTG, SolarWinds, or your preferred stack—and present deliverables that I can hand straight to the operations team.
If you’ve designed similar multi-site contracts and can back it up with solid documentation samples, let’s talk.
