UX & Isometric Character Designer Needed

I’m in search of a designer to enhance the UX of a simple, clean website and create detailed, minimalist isometric characters and houses for a fast-paced startup. Given this startup's dynamic nature, there's potential for a long-term collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:
- Design and improve the UX of our simple, clean website.
- Create minimalist isometric characters (like an intern, school kid, CEO) and houses that 'level up' (e.g., a house with a garage in the next level).
- Develop detailed animations for these isometric characters.

Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Proficient in clean UX design and isometric design.
- Experience with creating minimalist, isometric character and house designs.
- Skilled in developing detailed character animations.

The top priority of this project is the design of isometric characters. The style of these characters should be minimalist, and they will need to have detailed animations.
