Bonus, Incentive Policy, and Procedures

I am looking for a freelancer to help me with developing a bonus, incentive policy, and procedures for my company. The purpose of this project is to motivate employees and reward high performance, with the goal of retaining top talent.
Specifically, I am looking for someone who can create a bonus, incentive policy that can be implemented immediately, as well as a recurring incentive program that can be used in the long term.
Regarding the eligibility criteria for the bonus or incentive, I am open to suggestions but also have some specific criteria in mind. Ideally, the freelancer would be able to provide a mix of both, combining my criteria with their expertise and recommendations.
Required skills and experience for this project include:
- Strong understanding of employee motivation and performance management
- Experience in developing bonus and incentive programs
- Ability to customize policies and procedures based on specific company needs
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with key stakeholders within the company.
