UI update of iOS application

I am looking for an iOS developer for UI updation/changes for one of our apps. The developer will have to sign the NDA and submit the final product with all the changes successfully done and the source code. Meeting the deadline is a must. No payment will be done if the deadline is missed or incomplete or partially work done.

The code and the product will be checked and tested before releasing the payment.
