A small and simple number keypad ios app

This's a small ios app that runs on an iPad with ios 15.1.1. It only shows a phone number keypad. Customers will enter their phone number then hit the enter button. Next, the app will send a URL link to my host. Then, my host will return a message. finally, the app will show the message in 10s then go back to the number keypad.
