popularity phone app

A phone app that allows everyone to upload a single photo, name, job title, relationship status and age. Users will be able to unonimously mark a profile (only once) with a + or - (ranking should be clearly visible on everyone's page). Everyone should me visible on a 20 m radius map within the app, and texts/DM should be possible with the people around you.
