I need someone to build me an application preferably for IOS.

I need someone to design me an application where the user can enter the serial number of a truck tyre they have and it will display all the information on that tyre, including tyre health, last service date, and most importantly; the tyre mileage. All this information is entered in by the user. I also need this app to be able to show you all the tyres you own with the mileage that you are looking for. Lastly, I would like to be the owner of this app, and have rights to sell it at my discretion and get the profits for it.
