I need a professional ordering and delivery app made and published to the IOS and Google play store

I need a unique ordering and delivery app made. It's like grub hub and door dash but for Universities, it will require someone who knows what they're doing because this app will be complete different in operations than the deliver apps out there. I have m documents, a basic wireframe done to show how I want m app to look like. This app will also require us to talk for further clarification. I need a professional team for this, if you are not professional enough, don't bother sending an offer, I don't want cheap looking apps, I'm a developer myself so I know what I want.
