I want to develop an app in education niche that would basically use camera, scanning and editing technologies to read, edit, and mark the documents. With it there would be an interaction feature through video call/phone. This is the basic version that would be changing with the changing requirements. I am looking for someone who can help build the app on IOS and android platform from complete scratch to publishing with clouding solutions as well. I would be paying less amount at the beginning but a later contract can be developed with the developer that would suit both. Before beginning, please note that I would be asking for a basic design of the app that would not be paid. This might give me an idea if to continue for the long term or not. Please response only if you are willing and passionate to do it and are not thinking about it only from financial perspectives. Thank you
