looking for a senior iOS developer

I have tried all the ways to solve this issue, Due to security reasons IOS in the latest versions of IOS fetching SSID through Wifi is blocked, few functions were blocked in IOS version 9 and it is completely blocked in the version 13.We are unable to fetch SSID through Wifi, that will not be possible to implement.
I am searching on internet for other ways to get the SSID. let me know who can help me.
