am looking for an IOS or Android App developer to create the essential parts of a chat App. I have included the details in the attachment. I provide the backend part with nodejs, so you only need to create the frontend app and the functionalities mentioned in the attachment (to keep the cost minimum). Please take a look at the attachment and see if you could do this work, and what is your price range for this amount of work? If you have experience with chat apps, that is a plus! Please no React Native! I like the apps be developed with native languages. For the budget, I can pay 250 for each of the IOS or Android parts, or max 500 for both.
