iOS Xcode + Android Easy APP (JUST VIEW of website)

Hi Guys,
i need a basic iOS and Android APP, that will just LOAD a website address (example www.example.com/project/testpage).
The app will be published on the appstore/google playstore so the basic code should be nice.
The iOs App should be coded in Apple XCODE.
Preference if the coder can speak good Italian.
