iOS Bottom Drawer

Hi,
I have attached a video (Just refer the animations) and screen design to show how the UI should look like. Please have a look. I need to develop this sort of bottom drawer. you don't need to add a map view like in the video. just add a bottom view and user should be able to swipe up or down the drawer.
Note:
No data binding needed. Just focus on animations and UI/UX.
items count of the bottom drawer is dynamic (maximum 3 items) and with dynamic heights. minimum height of an item is 88px.
If user taps on last item, drawer should collapse from top leaving the last item stay as it is.
If user taps on second item, drawer should collapse from top and bottom hiding first and last items.
If user taps on first item, drawer should collapse the way user normally swipe down hiding last two items.
Tapped item should be displayed.
