iOS Bitcoin wallet app

I would like a Bitcoin wallet app for iOS. I need the app to send Bitcoin anonymously, enabling employers to pay their women workers in Afghanistan without fear of the transaction being traced back to them. When someone makes a transaction I would like it to go into one wallet and the money that goes out comes from another wallet so there is no link back to the employer.
This will empower Afghan women workers to have a independent income that cannot be traced or stolen from them.
