iOS Architect to fix app crash issue for certain users

We’ve distributed the private app using Apple business manager and are facing a strange issue where few users face crash as soon as they login into the app.
This is not happening in any of the devices within our development team and we’ve tested this to be working fine in over 20 devices.
We’re looking to close the issue so that the users can start using the product.
