iOS App: Swift migration to current version

We have an natively developed iOS app (with in-app purchase) in the App Store which wasn't updated/touched since Jan 2017 and is developed in Swift v1.
As we have an UI issue under iOS v15 now we need the app to be migrated so we can open and successfully build the app in the Xcode v12.5.1.
The app itself is nothing fancy. It's basically an instructions manual with ~100 pages with text and images on them. Some value taking by the user and mathematical calculations are in it as well.
