iOS and Android App for checking and updating prices of products in stores stores. Mostly 5-6 products in each shop.

I am looking for a mobile app developer to create iOS and Android apps in which users will be able to add current prices of local shops in which they just made a purchase and also they will be able to check the current prices of products they're looking for on the map (nearest stores, and shops from favorite list).
In most cases, there will be 5-6 products in each store but the number of stores is very big.
I have some graphics of how I want it to look.
Also, I need some statistics of purchases from the past and a map on which you can check the closest store points, their additional services, etc.
People will update the prices of those products in 2 ways
1. By adding their purchases to the app
3. Just by updating prices manually. Everyone will be able to update the price but if it will be a big change (for example everyone clicks that something cost 5.5-5.52 eur and then someone put information that the price changed to 5.90 eur) moderator will need to confirm the change.
