fix webview issue on ios

Hello
i create webview via this site: https://webintoapp.com/
but i have issue when i click on call button it's should be open a call link,
it's work fine on android and website, but it's not work on ios

any one can fix this issue, or create new webview via (flutter,reactnative,xamarin,swift)

i sent to a lot of devloper no one fix it,
So first just try to fix this issue and send me a video then i will pay
