fix ios voip pushkit notification

i have an ios app and my own push server (sygnal matrix), notification configured and working well , problem is voip pushkit notification not work well. when incoming calls received , notification shown as a text message , expected to show call notification to accept or reject, if you can fix my issue by remote to my local please bid.
