complete my project

I was working with another freelancer on my ecommerce platform with a price comparison search engine too many delays on his part has caused me to loose investors. Now i just want to complete my app the android user end is done! the Vendor end is done! the driver end is 50% complete! The IOS has only 10% progress! the driver end for IOS has not begun, We have a new design we want to upgrade to. If you think you can complete this project for me please bid.
