build an app for whatsapp

my requirement is straightforward.
i want an app for IPHONE that does the following:
1 ) Sends me notification whenever one of my contacts types something. Even if they change their mind. i still want to get notification about that whenever "typing" is showing. I must see who did that and at what time.
2) I want to save all whatsapp messages in separate file in my phone. so that even if person UNSEND i can still view the messages ( images also but not videos)
