Xcode application

I want an application that display the notes for orchestra people, as pdf, and swipe to next page with eye wink.
you know the orchestra person for example the one on the piano and reads from his notes papers and plays on piano, when he finishes a page he move to the next with his hands, how about displaying the notes book as pdf and display the next/previous page by wind left/right
or something like this
