Write multiple bytes to ST25 NFC chip through iPhone

THIS PROJECT IS ABOUT SOLVING AN ISSUE
We have developed a product where the configuration is saved in a ST25TV64K NFC chip.
We already have an Android app that can write 32 bytes to the NFC chip in one session (session is triggered by pressing "write configuration" button)
THE ISSUE WE HAVE IS THE FOLLOWING: We want to do exactly the same with iPhone, but we cannot make it work on iOS, even though according to STMicroelectronics it should be possible.
STMicroelectronics have made their own app "NFC Tap" available on App Store and an SDK based on this app can be downloaded from ST homepage (https://www.st.com/en/nfc/st25dv64k.html#tools-software).
STMicroelectronics also offer a ST25 discovery board (https://www.digikey.com/en/products/detail/stmicroelectronics/ST25DV-DISCOVERY/7164224?s=N4IgTCBcDaIMoBUwFYAiA1AtKgknAwgPLoCiASgJogC6AvkA) which is ideal for testing the ST25 app.
