Word game mobile app

I need a word game app made on iOS initially then recreated for Google Play Store a few weeks/months later. The game will need to be able to offline and against a random online opponent. Progress will need to be recorded by Facebook connectivity and you will need to add the ability for in-app purchasing also. I would prefer a UK based developer, but may consider someone outside of UK also.
