Web APP and Mobile APP

We are looking to develop a web APP with iOS Mobile APP for a Rent a car company. the system shall support below (but not limited to)
• System Dashboard
• Vehicle Management
• Customers Management
• Suppliers Management
• Customer Orders "Rentals" Management
• Expenses Management
• Bank Account Management (Transfers/Cash-Ins)
• System Reports (Income/Expenses/Suppliers...etc.)
• Template Based Reports Documents (Rental Contracts, Invoice)
• System Settings Control Panel Management for Values and Data Fields in App, Users/Roles...ect.
• System JSON Based APIs for future Integration with Smart Apps or Office 365 Apps if needed.
• Integrations with online based services for Car Fines and Salik (Toll Gate).
• System shall support taking video and storing it in the system upon handing over the car to client, allowing management to refer to video whenever required.
