Wanting new user interface for existing app

I worked with someone designing a weight training /workout log app based on my rough idea for interface. Now that the app is completed, I am realizing all of the little things I left out and have come up with new features I would like to incorporate, including a new home/dashboard screen design. After looking online at many different app templates and UI/UX interfaces, I have decided that I would like to find someone to redesign it all with a clean, modern interactive dark theme design (with a light theme option) that I can pass along to my original coder for the creating of my next app iteration.
