Urgently looking for serious IOS/Swift Developer

Hi Everyone,
I have one already 80% complete project which has been created in Swift. Its Android application part has been almost 80% done with no bug. I want someone who can help me to complete the IOS part.

Requirement:
Candidate must have knowledge of Swift.
Candidate must have worked on Websocket to create notification.
Candidate have experience with Firebase for push notification.
Candidate have experienced with uploading app on Appstore.
