Uploading a Flutter/Firebase app to App Store

I have a Flutter/Firebase app that needs to be uploaded to app store from my own developer account, the app needs to take some permissions, and the notifications sent from firebase should be working on the app without any problems, and to make sure that everything is working and to get the app accepted.

I need someone that have a mac and xcode and have previous experience in uploading such apps to make it ready in 24 hours, then we will submit it for the final review after testing.
