Update iOS dating app with twillo

Need to connect message chat window with Video and voice chat. App is running with Back4App parse server written in swift code. I want to add video and voice with the help of twillo connectivity.
Before start video/voice chat a popup window will make sure to verify user email from server or and request to send verification email to user - give user a option to change original email by which email can verify Back4App server.
