Update iOS MIDI App for Release

Basic iOS drum app that needs some code work
1. Update existing Code to be consistent with current iOS requirements
2. Implement new sound file approach to enable User to manage and utilise own .wav sound files from Files App
3. Review Bluetooth MIDI implementation and enable variable velocity MIDI Note play (currently fixed)
