Unfinished service on demand App needs work

I need help finishing an app that is 90% complete. I need someone to help finish it. The things that require attention are the geolocation, notifications, stripe payouts and split payments, mms & calls with twilio, coupons and discounts. These have been built however we are having difficulties completing them. This is for both android and iOS native language. Please do not contact me if you do not have experience in each one of these areas. I need someone who is experienced and can finish the job right. All code will be provided to you.
