URGENT: problem app ios json xcode

I have a problem with an app on ios.
Basically, this app shows stories, where content is uploaded via json files.
I run the app as a simulation on my iphone.
The main problem is that if I click on a story, it shows me the animation (of the 3g2 files) correctly.
As soon as I unplug the cable from the iphone and therefore it is no longer connected with xcode, this 3g2 animation will no longer be displayed.
Practically, the list of stories is displayed by a file called (which can be found both in the xcode project and in the FTP server) from where it recalls the various stories that in turn work with json.
And how, in my opinion, when I am connected with the cable the app reads the file of xcode correctly, when I disconnect from xcode it reads from the FTP server creating the problem, even if the file is identical.
I add you if I unplug the cable, the first time the 3g2 animation starts the second time it does not start .... while with the cable always connected on xcode it works
