Travel Application for IOS and Android

I am currently looking for an app developer to help create an application that will be used for travel and vacation planning. I prefer someone who has experience in working with both IOS and Android as I want to network this project on both mobile platforms. It would be beneficial to find someone who is willing to work collectively as a team to help reach goals and deadlines. My colleague and I have yet to choose a wireframe/design, but we have mapped out a workflow for this particular idea and would like to set up a few interviews for those who are interested in this position.
