Must haves:
1. Streaming feature (content control by admin no direct user submission)
2. Live streamed content should be available without an account for 24 hours (like social media stories)
3. Paid subscriptions will give access to all previously streamed content and content library
4. Content library should be categorized by a list of criteria
5. Multi-level user accounts/subscription tiers will allow access to certain categorizes of content
6. Content streamed, and available via library can be video or audio/podcast
