Smart watch death app creation syncs with phone

Need an app for all smart watches (Fitbit, apple, Samsung, etc) that syncs with any phone. Needs to be able to read heart rate, erase phone through the app automatically, and user gets to pick what will be deleted and sent to others incase of a sudden death.
