Simple native app iOs / Android

hi there, we would like to get in touch with app builders
we would like to make a simple native (no web!) app with the following functions

1) Notification timer
- user gets standard notification
- set for days in future (every week/month)

2) Questions
- send questions to admin (to email address)
- text and photo

3) Contact details
overview page with contact details

4) instruction
overview page with short instruction moveis

design: we have all elements (logo, colours, fonts)
