Simple iOS app which creates a screenshot with different values

Hi, I need an app for iOS. It should work on an old Iphone 5.
The app should produce a screen like shown in the picture.
I want to press a button and the app produces a new screen with some of the values shown in the screen changed.
- On top, the time should be the actual phone time.
- The value behind 0-35 should be a random value between 1.10 - 1.99 s and between 4.6 - 7.5m
- The value behind VMax should be a random value between 42.0 and 60.0 km/h
- The value behind Maximum Decel G should be a random value between -0.800G and -1.550G
- The value behind Average G should be a random value between -0.510G and -0.855G
- The value behind Latitude should be ideally the actual longitude position taken from phones GPS or if that's too complicated then the app should ask me to manually enter this value
- The value behind Longitude should be ideally the actual longitude position taken from phones GPS or if that's too complicated then the app should ask me to manually enter this value
