Simple Native IOS App

You develop a native IOS app with XCode ( deliverable is project folder) that does two things. (1) it has a Webview that loads a test website plus it offers a native Javascript extension ( using window.webkit.messageHandlers) that allows to connect to a BLE device of given name and install a Serial TX/RX to a BLE device supporting Serial Console. For developing the BLE can be emulated. The JA received event for connect/disconnect, serial_rx and allows to send command serial_tx. Test_HTML with javascript is part of the deliverable. Help for finishing the app ( icons, .. ) and publishing in IOS store may become part of follow up job
