Simple Iphone/Android app built.

I need a super user friendly app that can add and subtract money according to criteria in a few questions, like starting with a base price that goes up and down according to the changes added. I would also like this application to be customizable only for me so I can change prices and services. My final request is for this app to be compatible with both the app store and google play store for androids.
